Tekedia CEO and Director Program is designed to help CEOs, directors, board members, and C-level executive management members (including CFO, CMO, CTO, CIO, etc), master the mechanics of building category-king startups and companies. Upon registration, Tekedia Institute will send login details and the Learner will have access to the broad pre-recorded module. More so, links for the first Zoom schedule will be provided.
This program takes many shapes since the Learner’s base is broad. We do have company CEOs, CMOs, NGO leaders, university deans, and others from diverse backgrounds. So, we do have elements of flexibility to ensure the program works for all. This implies that we evaluate the best plan for each Learner after the first Zoom.
Furthermore, where necessary, a simple questionnaire is sent to the Learner to help the Institute understand the Learner’s operating industry, and where possible the specific business, project or endeavour. This questionnaire can also be administered during the Zoom session without the Learner having to complete any form. We welcome all styles and formats. This questionnaire is not mandatory as we can speak with the Learner and gather all the pertinent information we need.
Using the outcome of the questionnaire or perspectives gathered during the first Zoom session, Tekedia will build a live plan, considering the Learner’s business, project or endeavour, throughout the program. The courseware will cover the program themes of business innovation, business growth, and building AI-era businesses where relevant. During the live sessions, Tekedia Institute will use the plan to help the Learner to deepen business management and leadership.
Tekedia CEO and Board program runs via a work-in-progress training methodology; the Learner implements frameworks discussed in Live Zoom sessions, and provides updates, even as Tekedia Institute evaluates the updates, and offers insights on how to keep enhancing the outcomes.
